Floor Plan

Hi Guys,
Im looking to do a desk floor plan based times throughout the day.
Im not sure if it’s the best layout, but I need the first person in (earliest shift) to go on desk 1 and the next earliest person to go on desk 2. I have put 4 examples in columns I – L.
All the data in columns A4:G25 will change daily.
Im am open to a better layout, any help would be great!
