I am looking for Ageing report, which will show me the ageing tickets

Hello All,

I am preparing a report in which i need to have a ageing tab. This will reflect the ageing tickets from 5, 10, 15, 20+ Days old.
Below is the format:

Number Priority Assignment group Assigned to Short description Status Opened Closed Made SLA
Test Test 1 Test 2 Test 3 unable to connect to Outlook Awaiting User Info 2014/06/23 TRUE

You would need to predefine your buckets and write if statement to get buckets from days.
You can use INT(now()) - INT(Cell where your date is) to get number of days, Attach actual file if you want me to write this formula

Please see attached file with Ageing.

In Col Q1 you can specify how many days in each bucket.

Col L has single formula to get buckets

Col J & K are separated out col L.

We would need Col N to Q as a look up table for buckets. If required this can be moved to another sheet.
