Countifs multiple criteria, and 1 criteria Less than & Greater than

Hi friends !!

I'm using a Countifs function (with the assistance of a Helper columns) and i would-like to Add to the "F Column" a function to take in account if values ' Greater than 4 Less than 10'

I searched some sites and still i'm not clear where exactly do i have to Add the tinghi "< / > "
This is the function that i'm using :

=COUNTIFS($P$3:$P$1001,$D3,$T$3:$T$1001,$H3,$U$3:$U$1001,$I3,$R$3:$R$1001,$F3)&" Times"
