Help needed: Inserting standard mail format in hyperlink

Hello all,


I click on a cell it automatically opens a new email, with the cell contents as the To:XXXX@XXX.com and a standard mail format.

Is this possible?

Hi,

Yes, it is possible. Please trype mailto: before the address & the cell will automatically turn it into a hyperlink.

I'll re frame my question. When i click on that particular cell it should send an email by including terms and conditions(standard mail) as body of the mail. Here i need to know how can i embed the standard format mail to that particular cell?

Hi,

Can you not update the terms and conditions in Outlook (or any other e-mail client configured in your system) under Options -> Mail -> Signatures?

Hi,

I knew it, but the thing is I've to attach few files in that mail when i click on that address. To be precise as of now I've saved the mail in my desktop. Whenever I require I'll send that mail. Hence I want to eliminate this step, I want to do it from excel it self!!!
