    employees production and productivity calculation

    Hi Team,

    I have attached the file which contains sheet 1 - task counts done by each employees per day and sheet - 2 template (what exactly I need).

    Please find the time consuming on each task below.

    Task 1 - employee can done 6 counts per hour
    Task 2 - employee can done 12 counts per hour
    Task 3 - employee can done 10 counts per hour
    Task 4 - employee can done 15 counts per hour
    Task 5 - employee can done 15 counts per hour

    on sheet 2 when I filter the date and employee, all the data to be populate on the given table with the calculation(eg: time taken & productivity).

    Please let us know if you need further details.

    Regards,
    Girish

    Hi. Your explanation of what you wanted in column F of metrics calculation was cler enough & I've done that. I have assumed that in column H you wanted the appropriate data taken from your covering note, so I set up a table on sheet 3 to act as the source.

    To get column G, I just divided H by G. That bit is easy - you can probably fix that if I didn't understand correctly. The part that was stopping you was the INDEX MATCH MATCH function in F.

    Any problems, just shout...

    @giri.hb

    Since you get the data of the pivot table, I would suggest you amend your original data, so you can use that in your pivot table.

    Since you don't add your original data, I can't show you.
