Unable to Resize the embedded object (excel sheet) within outlook 2013

Good Morning,

I have created an outlook template in which I have pasted and excel sheet as an embedded object to avoid copy/paste action every time. By doing this I just need to open my outlook template and I can refresh the pivot table within the template itself.

Problem - The pivot table has too many datafields (around 30 - 35) and not all the items display on outlook email. I tried to resize it but still comes back to its own size and several datafields get fade away.

I would really appreciate if someone can share their experience to help me out..
