Simple numerical data formula, text shown to change depending on number

I am very basic at excel.

I am looking for a formula that will change the text in a box dependent on what number is in another.

ie. if the box is 1 = 1C 2=1B 3=1A etc etc up to 23=5C
is there a simple way to do this?
