    Auto calculating total points scored within different minutes

    Im hoping this isn't too difficult. Basically all I want to do is calculate the total scores from column B within the different minutes into column F using the following times .....
    00:00 - 01:00
    01:00 - 02:00
    02:00 - 03:00
    03:00 - 04:00
    04:00 - 05:00
    05:00 - 06:00
    06:00 - 07:00
    07:00 - 08:00
    08:00 - 09:00
    09:00 - 10:00

    Every week I will enter new data and so when I paste the new data into column B I want the graph to automatically update without having to make new calculations every week.

    Any help as always is greatly appreciated

    How do you score 1 from 00:00 to 01:00, when there are 3 entries between those times, i.e. 1, -3 & 1?

    I have updated the formula in column F in the attached file. Please see if this suits your requirement.

    with vlookup to get the group.

    After that a pivot table and pivot graph.

    oeldere : unfortunately its not 100% there. Im Working on it myself, but the totals for each group are not correct. Also I don't think it updates automatically when I put in new data
