    Freezing top & bottom rows

In Excel 2007 is it possible to freeze the top row (where I have column headings) and at the same time freeze a row at the bottom of my data that has totals? This would enable me to scroll through the data in the middle without losing the totals or the headings.

I could put the totals at the top with the headings but the sheet takes the info from somewhere else and that would make matters harder.

    Any thoughts please?

AFAIK, you can only freeze the top row(s). You could split the screen though and just show the bottom row in the bottom "window".
