Filtering list created by custom text filters

Hello,

I am looking for a solutions for this challenge I am trying to solve.

I have a column, in which cells contains many different recurring text, which I need to filter by contains. I know about option in "Text filters" - "Contains", however this lets me to choose one specific filter, which I must then clear and create new if I want to choose new word to filter. I know about saving views, however, I need this to be easily usable for anyone I send this file to - therefore, I am looking for a solution, where I could implement my own Contains Filtering into existing list in filtering.

For this case I have created an example of farms which grows different plants. Table looks like this.

As you can see, there are farms, and each farm grows different plants.

If I want to filter Farms by Plants they grow, I have option 1 - to choose from an automatic list which lets me filter just by exact sentences in the cells, or I can use "Text filters" - "Contains" to choose exact word of Plant by which I want to filter the Farms. What I am looking for is a solution, where the automatic list would contain specific custom filters by "Text filters" - "Contains".

To make it clear, I want this list...

...to be transformed into something like this:
wantlist.jpg

So it would be very easy for anyone who gets my table to select criteria by which he wants to filter out provided information

Is there any solution to this? I am using MS Word 2007, so I am looking for solution mainly for this, but if there is the solution in newer Words (2010, 2013, ...), please, add answer at least for them. I am able to get to computer with newer Word and also this should be helpful also for anyone who might want to overcome similar challenge but is using newer Word.
