How to share workbook (read only)

Hello,

I want to share a workbook so that many people can view it and see live changes but only one person can actually make changes. In other words, other people can't edit/save anything.

How do I do this?

Thanks!

save the file with a password, but set it as read-only. That way, anyone can open it, they can even change stuff, but will not be allowed to save it
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

But if I make a change, will they be able to see me make a change in their read only workbook? Or do they have to re-open it.
