Hi, im using Excel 2010 in an remote desktop session.
When I have big pictures in the excel file and try to move them, its lagging like h....
Because its rendering the picture highlighted and while Im moving it.
But if I install Excel 2003, it going much faster since, I dont se the picture while moving it, just and empty box.
Is there anyway to get 2010 to work as good as 2003?
(To be able to not show picture while moving it around)

This "might" be what you are looking for.
In Windows 7, go to the Control Panel. Click on System. Then click on Performance Information and Tools, Adjust Visual Effects. Uncheck Show window contents while dragging. This is near the bottom of the list on the Visual Effects Tab.

No this dosnt help. Just tried it.
Since this is some Excel feature, its while moving the picture, excel reprints the picture. If I move the excel window its no problem at all.
Also moving pictures in other programs, is no big deal.
But while moving the picture in excel, excel seams to reprint the picture evrywhere. I just want to se the picture borders while moving it, and this is not the whole excel window, just the picture in excel.
So the thing you suggested did help a little while moving the excel window, but not for moving a picture in excel.

Windows settings such as this don't work in all programs. I didn't find any reference to this in the help files or web searches as it applies to Excel 2007 or later.
Remote desktop is going to be lagging. It is due to the speed of the internet connection or local network connection and is never going to be instantaneous like working at the other computer.
But is there no way to make excel to not show the picture while moving it?
There appears to be no way of doing that by dragging. You could however to use Ctrl +X to delete the picture then Ctrl + V to paste the picture where you want. I don't think that is a very good way of doing things though as placement isn't very accurate on pasting and you would end up making adjustments by dragging anyway.
