    If Function - Help required

    Hi everybody,

    I have set of employees with different tenurity (in months) & i want to make them to fall under certain tenure ranges. So tried using If function & getting errors. Request your help here getting this resolved.

    Attached sample file & they output how i required. Column E should have the output as i mentioned.
