Rearrange cells to group same results, and surrounding cells

I have a list of houses for sale in an area and the corresponding prices and number of bedrooms in adjoining cells.

I want to rearrange the list so all the houses from the same area are bunched together, but keep their prices and bedrooms associated.

How do I do that?


I have included a sample with before and after, I haven't done all 100 lines, but you get the picture.

So then, how would I find out the sum of each suburb individually. Assuming there was a number in the price column

I dont know with Column B, just using Data Sort in Excel Menu, Im add up formula for Prices and Bed, pls have take a look the file attach...
