I have 2 worksheets. first one contains all the data I wish to represent in the a pivot.
Hwoever this contains around 500 projects, as such the second worksheet has a data validation list which in turns drives a seperate set of financial data, where the user can selcted which projects should be represent.
This list should then be used to populate and show in the pivot to show the data in the first workseets. Note that the data to show can be numerous for each project ie: several risks per project.
I know the pivot has this option of picking, however I would look to reducing as much as I can the input from the user.
Any thoughts?
