    Excel database

    Hi,

I already created a database in Excel. I would like to create a checklist that with every tick of my checklist to extract a sentence from the database and automatically send it to another file (maybe Word or Excel). Is it possible? Can I use Excel database or have to use another software?

    Thank you.
