Telephone Directory

Hi all, this is my issue

I'm sure after reading some of the answers that I have a pretty simple problem, I just can't figure it out.

I have 750 names in a telephone list arranged like this column A =First name, B= Last name and C= extension number ie;33339
what I would like to do is out of this data base that has several people with the same first name, I would like to be able to type for instance "Brenda"

in Cell A3 and have cell B3 return the last name and C3 return the extension number
then in A4 the next Brenda with last name and extension number so that if there are 5 "Brenda's" they all come up on the screen
