Add and Delete table columns without cells shifting?

Good Morning!!!

I have a table on the left side of a page and other content on the right.

I want to add and delete columns from the table without the right side of the sheet shifting.

I have left space to allow for expansion between the table I wish to add to and delete from, and the data to the right.

Is there a way or do I have to reconfigure the entire sheet or come up with other complicated solutions?

Main table runs B30:L37

One sheet for both as the two tables have corresponding charts above and constitute a kind of dashboard at-a-glance...
