Pull Data From Sheet2 Into Grid On Sheet1

I have the attached workbook. What it shows is production for each employee by week based off items sold. How can I use a formula to lookup this data and match off salesman as well as sales week and map to the corresponding cells on sheet1?example.xlsx

Thanks for your response, can you provide a little explanation on your attached workbook so I can follow it please?

If your note is meaning Item Sold name must match exactly between sheet1 and sheet2 that is part of my predicament as they do not match. Sheet2 pulls from an embedded SQL Query and Sheet1 is the formatting being requested.
