Date manipulation

If I enter the sum =TODAY(), then today's date is entered to the cell.

Is there anyway that if the time on the system is between 12:00 to 23:59 it will result with tomorrow's date instead of today's date. If the time is between 00:00 and 11:59 then today's date should be the result.

=NOW()+0.5
