Strange Symbol when printing

Hi,

Ive just finished printing a spreadsheet and half a dozen small symbols appeared in different places. They are not visible until printed.

They appear like an arrow head (or capital L) and point to the bottom left hand side of several cells.

Any idea what it is and how I can get rid of them?

Can you tell me what you did to remove them? Just in case I get this problem again.

Good day!

There were some invisible objects in the sheet which used to appear when you print the file. To remove those objects, you need to select one of the user created objects on the sheet (say an arrow mark or a box shape) and press "Ctrl+A" which would select all objects in the sheet, delete the ones which you do not need.
