Linking Excel File to MS Word doc

Hi,

From the attached Excel Spreadsheet named “Cycles”
Ref Cell numbers A94:D123 Highlighted in Light Yellow

How do I Link these Excel cells to a MS Word doc

From the MS Word doc I copy and paste Cell numbers A94:D123
into Yahoo Email.
(Using this method the alignment of the columns in the Email is correct)

If I try to copy and paste direct from Excel into Yahoo mail the
Alignment columns are not in line

The numbers in the Excel sheet change weekly,

Could you tell me how to Link the Excel sheet to A MS Word doc
