Split one cell value into Rows

Hi

NEWBIE isnt what i can describe myself. May be a new born with no knowledge whatsoever.
This might look simple and dumb to many but i`m having hard time figuring this out.

I have got one column in which each cell has the complete data for the entire row.

I would like to split the data in one cell into the same row.

Need HELP !

Got about 4000 records like it.
