Need to extract some data from master sheet into another sheet

Hi,

I have a master sheet having all the purchase records for long.

I need to extract data only for a month or specific period.

I have more than 20 products and around 15 suppliers.

I may not purchase all the items for all the months from all the suppliers.

I need a consolidated report.

Can some one helping me out to do this.
