Excel / macro issue

I'm dealing with the following issue in my worksheet
- Companies identified as R&D intense (1 = intense, 0=else)
- If a company displays R&D intensity twice during the sample period, starting from the second observation, the company is classified as high intensity R&D (1=high, 0=else)
- As I am dealing with 25000 observations, I want excel to fill in the 1 or 0.
- I included a picture, which shows the result I want to achieve (see column "intensity").
