I have a list (C5:C16) and I want people to be able to add more names to the bottom and it add to a dropdown list on another page.

Create a table and name the range...
Use Indirect formula for dropdown list
If you can post the sample workbook, I will do it in that and can show you

Hang on, its not saving the drop-down lists when I save and close!
I've tried it three times. Add the list, save it and close the file. Re-open it and its not there!

Never mind, it was the file format I had it saved as (2003 excel).
