I need to do this for 12 weeks going forward (i know there'll be a number of rows but it can't be helped!)
the format is set out like this for a specific reason so i can't change it.

I've done this in the past and i found a workaround way which involved a lot of painful manual editing so i really want to try and avoid this again this time so i wondered if anyone knew of a siomple way to get Excel to get this to work for me using a drag and drop or similar?

I've tried all variations of this but non seem to work properly, i seem to find that one way will mess up the time (i.e. the minutes will change by 1 rather than the hour) or the day doesnt change properly.

Thanks very much in advance, i realise i havent explained this very well so any further questions please give me a shout

    Lee

    PHP Code:
    =TEXT(A1,"yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm"
    Use this and drag down

akhileshgs thanks so much for taking the time to reply.
I've just attempted to use this now and not had much luck unfortunately.

I've put 2014-05-12 00:00 in cell A1 and tried the drag but the same thing just get displayed in every cell, it doesnt seem to change the hour and day as and when required.

    Thanks again in advance,

    Lee

Re: Excel 2010 Date/Time Format Help

In cell A1 type the date and time you want e.g. 5/6/2014 00:00 AM (Don't forget to write AM or PM in cell A1)
Then in cell A2 type "=A1+1/24" and drag cell A2 downward.

Then select the whole range of date and right click then format cells then Custom in Type text box type "yyyy-mm-mm hh:mm"
