How do you do a Find/Replace on ALL value except for a selected few?

So I have a list of items: eggs, stoves, pans, glasses, bowls, oven, baseball, cats, dogs

I have to find and do a replace for all the kitchen related items (eggs, stoves, pans, glasses, bowls, oven) and replaced them as "kitchen stuff" and leave baseball, cats, and dogs untouched.

How do I do this without going through each item one by one and do a replace?
