Help making a route planner

Hello,

Once again I turn to this excellent (pun intended) forum for help. Earlier I made a route planner which sorts based on names of customers.

Now I need it to sort the name (from one cell) and also take the adress from the cell next to it and paste it into a pre-defined route.

I made a small example to further explain.

I've been bangin' my head on this one, so please help. :-)
