Help making a route planner

in the example data you provided, why wasn't Customer 7 assigned to Route #1 ? Are routes limited to 2 deliveries per day ?

I just tried to make an example which made the info pop up about "NOT IN ROUTE"

1. Customer 7 is a new delivery this week (not been driven ever beforee)
2. It's actually not in the master list for route #1 but it should be placed there

I just need a small mechanism to notify my if there's any new customers not yet in any routes which needs to be added to a route. I see now that I should have made the example clearer. :-)
