    Unhappy Exporting to PDF

I have created a contract in Excel and it looks fine. However, when I export it to PDF there are extra lines in it. How do I remove these lines?
    Thank you in advance!

With your cursor in A1 in your spreadsheet, click on CTL + END keys. This will bring your cursor to the last cell in the spreadsheet. If this is below your data, then highlight the rows between the data and this cell. Right click with your cursor on the rows and click delete. Try to export again.

I'm sorry I didn't explain this more clearly, but the extra lines are in the middle of my contract after different lines not at the end. How do I get rid of the extra lines in the body?

Without seeing the spreadsheet and the result, it is difficult to provide a solution. Perhaps if you uploaded your spreadsheet and the PDF for analysis, it would help.

    Re: Exporting to PDF

Do you mean, like, there are lines drawn willy-nilly across the body of the text, or are their blank rows of lines slapped on the bottom?

If it's the second one, then you might want to check your export options.

...In general, when I create a PDF from excel, I do it with a virtual printer such as CutePDF so I have all the output control from the printer settings, rather than using the export-to-PDF tool. You might want to consider grabbing one of those applications; there are some good freeware ones (like the aformentioned CutePDF).
