How To Find an Information Outside of The Table?

Look at the Picture Below
I Want that the Cell that marked with Red Arrow Returns a "Rank" Value in the Table, Which is a "Blaster" Rank. And I want That Cell Also Automatically Changed
When "Blaster" is Changed to "A.A.Z Gonz" or etc. Please Help me . What Functions that i have to choose, INDEX?

Instead of picture, attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.
