Not until you have complied with requests to change your thread title to something descriptive of the problem you are facing - sorry.

jiasyuen, welcome to the forum. oeldere mentioned that this is a violation of rule 1. He may not be a forum moderator (as neither am I) but nobody should be posting to this link until you change the thread title. You can assume that anyone who comes to this forum and posts is seeking help. You need an accurate thread title describing your problem. A moderator will likely be visiting this post soon to reinforce that.

    Re: Statistic.

'Statistic' still is not descriptive of the problem you face.

    It's a bit better.

OK. In cell A1, type 900.
In cell A2, type =A1+50 and drag this down.
    In cell B1, type 750.
In cell B2, type =B1+60 and drag this down.

    Does this get you started?

Oh, come on! You don't really think I'm going to do the whole lot for you, do you? If you do, you've got another think coming, my friend. Sorry!

You need to type the = sign at the start of the formula, then ENTER. After that, select the cell and use the little black box in the bottom right corner of the cell to drag the formula down into other cells. You should find that the salaries converge in April 2015.
