Deleting infinite rows

Hi! I have an excel file with multiple worksheets/tabs at the bottom. There is an infinite amount of rows after the information, so it has been extremely difficult to move from page to page. I looked it up and I was told to press Shift+Option+Down arrow, but all that does is minimize the whole file. Please help me to eliminate this excess space! Thanks :-)

I think Ctrl + Shift + down arrow substitute for mac is Command button + Shift + Down arrow. See if this helps.
