There are formulae in column C and when you sort, that isn't going to work. Copy the values from C4:c28 and Paste Values where you want the listing. While the listing is still selected after Pasting, click on the Data tab, click on Remove Duplicates, deselect my data has headers and click OK. Select the data that remains and on the Data Tab, click on the Sort icon. Deselect My Data Has Headers, make sure that the indication is to sort the column with the data that you want to sort and click OK. That's all.
