    Dear friends,
    reference to the said thread which you have solve and I have marked it SOLVED therefore I am asking you thru private message. I am facing only one problem in this. whenever I enter year like for instance 2022 in renovation year colmn "C" it will put one value in 2015 and then on 2022 so what I want is it starts from 2022 and then after 7 years it enters again.

    please ask me if I fails to explain.

    thankyou, appreciated your efforts.
    Try...in F5
    =IF(AND(F$4>=$C5,MOD(F$4-$C5,$D5)=0),$E5,"")
    Copy down and across
