    List of Max Values

    I have got a sheet with two columns, col A having names and col B with their percentage;

    ColA ColB
    User1 90%
    User2 95%
    User3 95%
    User4 90%
    User5 95%

    The maximum value is 95%. I am trying to get all the usernames with Max percentage in another column. Tried googling it, but, could not find the exact solution. Could anyone please help me on this?

    Thank you,
    Prabhat

    Re: List of Max Values

    If you use the auto-filter option from the data menu, you can filter for 95% and then simply copy the filtered results to the new location.

    Thank you Rudi, but, I cant shuffle the usernames, they have to be in that order. So, cant basically use Auto-Filter. I need only array of names that has got highest percentage.

    Re: List of Max Values

    You are thinking of sorting the data which will shuffle the info and mix up the names.
    Auto-Filter will not shuffle the names. It simply hides rows that do not meet the criteria (of 95%), so you end up with a compact list of name (in the same order as the original) that have 95%. You can then select this range of names and copy/paste them to a new sheet or other destination. the names will stay in the same order as before.
