    Copying data into multiple cells

I have attached an example spreadsheet to help understand my problem. Is there a quick way to have the data in Coumn A represented like it is in column D. I have a spreadsheet with hundreds of rows and dont want to manually go through each one copying it 12 times.

Brilliant MarvinP, thanks for that. How can I alter the code to paste the data into a different worksheet?

Re: Copying data into multiple cells

Again MarvinP, thanks for your quick response. I should have been more specific first time round - if I'm wanting to copy the data from a wroksheet called "Activity Analysis" starting in cell B5 into a worksheet called "Workings" pasting it into cell B2 downwards, how would this affect the code? I have attached a spreadsheet to hopefully make it clearer with what I mean

    Try this.

Sheets(1) is the first tab on the left. Sheets(2) is the second, regardless of the sheet name. See if this helps.

Re: Copying data into multiple cells

    Hi,

Can someone please advice on how to change the code below to prevent copying the data in cell B4? I have the column header in B4, so really all I need is all the data copied from cell B5 downwards.

    Thanks
