Font/Cell fill colour issues

Hi guys

I'm not entirely sure when, but at some point my colour pallet messed up.

I've attached the colours I can make fonts or fill cells with, which isn't what it was when I first got my laptop/office.

Any ideas on how to revert to the original set?
