Add colums with same title and have info copy to new worksheet as a list

Hi

I can put X into column A on worksheet one (list) and have the information on that line copy into worksheet 2 (Card).

However, i need to add columns with the same title to the header line (e.g. colum G and O are both Company Name) and have them show as a list under the same headings on worksheet 2(Card). See attached, I have highlighted in blue the extra information

information does not get copied over.

Maybe something like this? not for duplicate column header, try to givin unique name, ie: Company1, Company2....

Thank you for trying but this is not quite what I wanted. I need the address in column I-N and the address in column O-V on the same line to appear on the Card worksheet. So if I place an X in column A on line 3 both address's on line 3 will appear on the Card worksheet underneath each other e.g. line 4 the address for column I and the address in column Q line will appear in lines 11 and 12 on the Card worksheet
