Complex Countif formula

Hi All,

I’m struggling with a count if formula. I have data in two tabs and I want the tab titled ‘Data’ to look at the stab titled ‘Respond Drop’ and pull the relevant information.

You can see in the attached spreadsheet that I have a countif formula in cells C3 to BS37. The issue I have is I need to move the cell range in order for this to work.

This is what I am trying to achieve.

If the formula was is tab ‘Data’ cell C3 then:

‘Data’ tab C3 - look at the date in A3 then
Look at column A in tab ‘Respond Drop’ tab, find the same date matching C3 in the ‘Data’ tab
Then look at column C in the ‘Respond Drop’ tab and match the number in column C with the number in Row 2 in the ‘Data’ Tab.
