Transfer cell color

I have 2 sheets, A & B. When I type something into sheet A, it goes to Sheet B, but if I change the cell color on Sheet A, I would like that to automatically color the same thing in Sheet B. How can I do this?

If you are changing the color manually, then you would need FVBA for this, if there is some logic to the color and when/why it changes, we could probably use Conditional Formatting for this (both sides, probably)

I've attached a sample workbook. Could you try and make it with VBA or something, so on sheet one, the colors reflect onto sheet 2, even if I were to change the cell color.

OK so what is the basis of the color in sheet1?

The colors on sheet1 will represent different people. On sheet2 I will need the same info transferred over so by looking at the colors, i know which person is which.
