Need Formulas to move if a column is inserted

Hi I need the formulas in cells P6,R6 & T6 to move when I insert a new column to the left of O at the end of the month. the 3 month formula would move to look at cells. M6 to O6 rather than L6 to N6. The twelve month would look at D6 to O6 rather than C6 to N6. the YTD would look at M6 to O6 rather than M6 to N6.

Any ideas on how to do this.returns.xlsx

    Hi

You could try using an OFFSET() function. e.g. in P6
    Formula: copy to clipboard

and similarly for the 12 month, obviously changing the -3 to -12
