    Try this in cell X6 and copy to the right:

    =INDEX(B$2:B$37,MATCH($AE$4,$A$2:$A$37,0))

    Is that what you mean?

    Thanks so much!! Yes this is great.

    How can I get rid of the zero's(0) that keep popping up in the blanks?

    And, how can I get the cell to update if I change the handicap?
