    Display data from top to down (with criteria)

    hi all,

    i am looking some formula to display/show data from top to down with criteria string "drop" in col.G ("status")...

    please, see my workbook..

    Use column H as helper to number the order, then sort it:

    If sorting is inconvenience, insert column A to be helper column, then use VLOOKUP to pull records based on column A.

    This can be achieved without helper column by using the following array formula. Since this is an array formula so remember to confirm it with Ctrl+Shift+Enter

    In cell I5

    and then drag across to N5 and down until you get blank rows.
