Average of Date between two dates.

Hi,

I have a associate wise trend data for every Weekending Date of Saturday... i need a formula to calculate the average between those two dates.

Eg.:

If i select start date as 25th Jan'14 and end date as 15th Feb'14 so the average should calculate between these two dates.

Please Help.

Date 2 (15th Feb 2014) in cell B2
