Data sorting

Dear all

Please help me to sort out my data from the attached excel sheet. In my large data set some of the cells got two line/row. But I need to sort out G column based on O column. I need the G column information only for Australia. How I can filter them by selecting Australia. It looks bit complex to me.

Please help me. I have attached the file for you.

You need to split the individual rows in separate rows.

I can't help you with that.

How come these information is in 1 row (instead of 2 rows)?

If you solve that problem you can easy filter on Australia.

In between two countries there is Code(Alt+Enter), which is CHAR(10),(Equivalent to carriage return).Using this the names of countries are separated.If the name tallies with heading corresponding value is selected from G column. here also CHAR(10) is used to split data.

Thank you very much for the explanation. I just a little extra help. When the cell contains both countries Australia, it retrieves two code in the CELL, I need them separate as well. I only need them separate when both countries are Australia.

Please help me.
