The answer to that is easy...find and fix the circ ref

However, the solution will require seeing what you are working with, and that cannot be seen from a pic of an error message. Essentially, you have a circular error...
in A1=B1
in B1=A1

Take a look at the bottom left corner of the excel screen, it will tell where (it thinks) the error is
