how to sort a column based on a the other column to an other file

Hi guys.
I have a problem and i dont know if there is any function for this.
I have in a file excel this kind of sort in a colum exp. 1,3,5,6,2,7,8,4,9 and in the other file same results but they are not at the same order(9,8,5,7,4,6,2,1,3,). Is there any function that sort the secon file like the first ?
