If number is between this range then lookup form this table

    Hi

i have two sets of data, page count and postage.

EUROPE S/C REST OF THE WORLD S/C PAGES

    £4.00 £6.50 <100
    £5.50 £8.50 <150
    £6.50 £11.00 <200
    £7.50 £13.50 <350
    £8.75 £15.50 <475

What i need to do is lookup the page count wh ch is in another tab then reference the correct price in this table in another tab

So if page count is 68 then it brings over £4.00, can change that anytime to bring to over £6.50 manually.

if you create a table as follows

    £4.00 £6.50 0
    £5.50 £8.50 101
    £6.50 £11.00 151
    £7.50 £13.50 201
    £8.75 £15.50 351

what happens at the 475 - so if greater than 475 ?

    see attached

and then you can use index/match

    =INDEX(A3:A7,MATCH(PageCount,D3:D7,1))

Re: If number is between this range then lookup form this table

so the table needs to be

    £4.00 £6.50 0
    £5.50 £8.50 101
    £6.50 £11.00 151
    £7.50 £13.50 201
    £8.75 £15.50 351
    £???? £30.00 476

if its a penny above the numbers then change to

    £4.00 £6.50 0
    £5.50 £8.50 100.001
    £6.50 £11.00 150.001
    £7.50 £13.50 200.001
    £8.75 £15.50 350.001
    £???? £30.00 475.001
